Fiberfrax Duraboard LD is a rigid, high temperature ceramic fiber board manufactured in a wet forming process using alumina-silica fibers & binders. Duraboard LD offers low thermal conductivity, high temperature stability, uniform density & excellent resistance to thermal shock. Duraboard LD has a high quality surface finish & tight dimensional tolerances.

Fiberfrax Duraboard HD has a higher strength than the LD.

Fiberfrax Duraboard 2600 is a rigid, high temperature ceramic fiber board designed to provide high stability at elevated temperatures. Duraboard 2600 has a high quality surface finish & tight dimensional tolerances & controls thermal shrinkage to less than 1% after 168 hours at 2450F.

Fiberfrax Duraboard 3000 is the highest temperature rated ceramic fiber board, providing stability at elevated temperatures & shrinkage resistance.   Duraboard 3000 has a high quality surface finish & tight dimensional tolerances & controls thermal shrinkage to a level of 1.2% after 168 hours at 2700F.

We fabricate our Ceramic Boards into Machined Shapes or Molded Vacuum Formed Shapes.

Our Duraboard 500ES has higher strength & machinability due to its innovative composite binder. This results in four times the strength of the standard boards.

Our Duraboard 350ES has higher strength & machinability due to its innovative composite binder. This results in three times the strength of the standard boards.
